Our Disaster Workforce Engagement (DWE) team is the first link in our Disaster Volunteer Engagement cycle. As a DWE Team Coordinator, you will help to ensure that new volunteers are connected quickly, assigned specific training and provided a brief chapter orientation. You can become a vital link for new volunteers and the local chapter and will help guide them through their first 90 days. Time requirements will vary but typically 5 - 8 hours a week.
