Are you enthusiastic about helping others learn about America's great authors and poets?
Here is your chance to guide attendees through interactive games and experiences that celebrate the works of Mark Twain and other literary greats !
You will use games to have fun with old and young alike exploring the author's wit and wisdom...and maybe learn something too!
help guests enjoy literary performances, "meet" powerhouse authors of the past, and play literary and historical themed games. All volunteers will receive a free shift meal/water and a ticket to a future Write Out Loud performance.
When: Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022 Volunteer shifts: Mid morning or afternoon Where: Heritage County Park, 2454 Heritage Park Row, San Diego, CA 92110 Volunteer requirements: Volunteers under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers will be required to follow CDC and San Diego County health and human service guidelines as of the date of the event.

Description
Twainfest a free literary event, needs engaging volunteers to be game masters for young attendees to experience literary works while playing games. The festival is held at Heritage Park Old Town, encourages participants to earn points tthen redeem for free books.
