We are looking for 4 to 5 volunteers to assist with activities such as art, singing, and dancing, active games, or trivia and encourage the group to participate, spend one-on-one time with residents at a retirement home.
- Activity Assistant would engage with residents in our small houses. Residents are at different functioning levels so some way to engage residents may include socialization, going outside in our courtyard, word games, puzzles, crafts, 1:1 programming, music, etc.
- Some other programs that volunteers could assist in facilitating include, the Stronger Memory Program, TimeSlips, Music and Memory, or a person-centered small group activity.
