Seattle Goodwill has pivoted our Job Training & Education (JTE) programs and classes to a hybrid model due to COVID-19. We are offering both in-person (with adjustments and processes in place to follow Washington State and CDC guidelines) and virtual classes for our students in order to provide a safe learning environment and accessibility during the pandemic.
Volunteer Office Aide - Technology Support
We've worked hard to develop and implement the new policies and protocols designed to keep our learning community safe. With this new post-COVID reality, we are looking for a volunteer to assist the Instructional Technology Trainer in ensuring that our students have access to the technology itself and the tech support they need to reach their goals in our Job Training & Education classes and programs.
Training will be provided, but volunteers will need to have experience in and knowledge of a broad range of apps, platforms, and tools. The schedule is flexible, but volunteering from 9 AM to 12 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday would be optimal. We do ask that you commit to the full 3 hour shift on any given day.
