Help the Arthritis Foundation coordinate and execute the annual Knowles Lecture at Stanford University on September 28, 2021. We are looking for volunteers with event coordination experience to help ensure this is a smooth program!

The Knowles Lecture is an annual professional education event focused on new cutting edge research in immunology and rheumatology.

Volunteers are needed to help with:

• creating and sending e-invitations
• organizing the guest list
• organizing table assignments
• updating and finalizing the simple event program
• coordinate sponsors
• event coordination onsite during the event with registration and showing guests to their tables/seats

Volunteers should have any combination of the following experience and skills:

• comfort with email communication
• prior event coordination experience
• experience using greater giving software a plus!
• 21+ (no minors for this event)
