Arthritis Foundation Connect Groups are peer-led support, social, and educational groups that regularly meet (currently virtual) to provide connections that are inclusive to adults living with all types of arthritis and rheumatic diseases or to parents/guardians of children with juvenile arthritis.
Arthritis Foundation, Nebraska office is in need of at least 2 new facilitators - one to co-lead an existing Young Adult Group and 1-2 to start a new adult group for people.
Facilitators:
- Support and promote the Arthritis Foundation mission, activities and other offerings and resources
- Serve as a volunteer representative of the Arthritis Foundation in their local community
- Collaborate and communicate with volunteer leaders and staff
- Are open to working in partnership with a co-facilitator
