- Assess client needs, situations, strengths, faith and support networks to determine their goals and the best resources to provide them with.
- Provide counsel in accordance with a non-judgmental, empathetic approach outlined in training.
- Follow up with clients to evaluate effectiveness of the services provided by PWC.
- Implement new operational process that impact client services.
- Maintain literature, drinks, and snacks in client counseling rooms.

Description
Our compassionate and professional team works everyday to create a safe, confidential place for women to be educated about their pregnancy options. Serving Women and families in the York County area has been our privilege since 1984. Our goal is to enable women and families to choose life and hope in Christ for their future.
