The Have a Gay Day Food Pantry serves Montgomery County. We are currently seeking volunteers to deliver food pantry orders to people in a limited area around our location (the delivery area will expand as we get more volunteers). Currently you will be required to use your own vehicle.
Our deliveries are currently being made primarily on Tuesdays between 2:00-4:00pm and on Sundays between noon-2:00pm, and our pantry operates by appointment. However, we are hoping to be able to make deliveries throughout the week as we get more volunteers!
The candidate will need to be ServSafe certified, virtual training will be provided.
We are an inclusive space and LGBT friendly. There will be some light to moderate lifting of food items. We also operate a pet food pantry, personal care pantry, and seasonal items. If you have any additional questions please let us know. We look forward to having you on our team!
