Content * Develop and execute planned, real time, paid and organic content. * Develop and manage social content calendars to prompt engagement and activate audience through social media outlets. * Create content for social media posts based on promotion needs, community sentiment, partnership activities, special events, and organization announcements. * Build and manage the brand’s social media profiles and presence. * Create recruiting material and volunteer ads copy. * Creation and adaptation of written content while maintaining a brand voice and adapting it to different social media platforms. * Create engaging content that aligns with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage audiences. * Develop digital and multimedia content to accompany social media posts. Social Media Engagement * Oversee social media engagement across platforms to harness the power of the social web, gain insights, and connect with customers, fans, and critics. * Manage guest feedback on social channels both reactive (i.e., addressing complaints in an appropriate manner) and proactive (i.e., praising guests who demonstrate advocacy on behalf of our brand). * Leverage social listening tools to monitor brand conversations and report key insights. * Engage in relevant social discussion about the organization, brand, competitors, and/or industry from existing customers and new guests/audiences. * Monitors online ratings and responds accordingly. Promotions and Campaigns * Manage, develop and execute social promotions and campaigns as well as track their success. * Recommend creative approaches for social media executions to support organization goals, including promotions, campaigns, and contests. Measurements, Analytics, & Reporting * Prepare reports based on key performance indicators. * Capture and analyze customer online reviews and translates into guest insights for the Board of Directors. * Analyze social media presence, performance, and activities. * Maintain a consistent system of documented reporting and metrics. * Analyze paid media strategy and provides suggestions to continue to improve performance across all paid social channels. * Analyze the organization’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses, and making recommendations for improvements.
