Unique experience and no special skills are necessary, just a friendly smile, a listening ear, and an open heart. It will be some of the most rewarding time you'll ever spend. Elara Caring is currently seeking compassionate volunteers willing to donate their time to provide exceptional care to local hospice patients and their families. As a volunteer, you have that special ability to provide companionship whether it is playing cards/games, watching old movies, listening to music, or just reminiscing about the past. No personal or physical care involved. Hours are flexible to your schedule. For a few hours a month you can impact and make a difference in the life of a hospice patient. Let's talk and hear if this is a next step!
