Life Journal Writer: Everybody has a story. Would you like to help capture the story of people facing a life limiting illness? Imagine helping them capture stories, challenges and lessons learned to present to their families in the form of a professionally bound book. Each book requires an interview, collecting 50-100 photos from the patient and family and compiling this information into a book that will become a life-long treasure. You will have opportunity to visit with the patient as often as necessary to complete the book to his/her satisfaction. Writers usually spend 20-30 hours on the book over a several month period. If you are interested in this opportunity, e-mail me at kathy.fetters@crossroadshospice.com or call 816-333-9200 and ask for Kathy Fetters.

About Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care

Location:

601 E Russell Rd, Warrensburg, MO 64093, US

Mission Statement

Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care is committed to being at the forefront of the hospice care industry, to continually shape the way palliative care is viewed and administered so that everyone can expect more from us.

Description

Expect More From Us. We Do. Why not? That's a question we ask ourselves every day. In fact it is the question responsible for our beginning and has made us what we are today. Because "why not?" helps us find new and better ways to deliver hospice care to patients, families, caregivers, and health care professionals alike. It helps us connect with our communities, share our knowledge, be accessible 24/7, innovate, lead, and raise the bar. In fact "why not?" has helped us create a hospice experience we believe is second to none...and are confident you'll agree.
