Our program serves Seniors living in the Como Park and Falcon Heights communities. We are looking for a volunteer certified healthcare worker and/or nurse who is interested in doing regular activities/services for Seniors in their homes. Ideal person would be caring, friendly and interested in helping our community's older neighbors.
Activities/services include:
blood pressure checks (outdoor option as weather permits)
foot care services
friendly visits with exercise

Description
Our main goal is to keep our community seniors living in their homes. We organize and lead exercise programs, caregiver relief services, in-home nursing visits, volunteer drivers and friendly visitors are among the services we provide. We work in the Como Park and Falcon Heights community.
