This year we are back and better then ever before! We can’t wait to bring our community together for one united cause. Hope and Suicide Prevention. We would love to have you as a partner in the fight to stop suicide. Without volunteers like you our events would not be able to happen. Please email us if you have any questions. Our walk is truly an eye opening experience. Do you want to participate in the walk and volunteer? You got it! We have plenty of opportunities to get involved as a walker and as a volunteer. There’s a place for everyone here!

  • Sun Sep 26, 2021 - 03:00 PM to 07:00 AM
    this will be to tear down the entire event! you can do this in addition to set up and standard day of volunteering
  • Sun Sep 26, 2021 - 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
    this will be to volunteer at registration, rememberance tent, honor beads, hope tent, dunk tank, and more!
  • Sun Sep 26, 2021 - morning / 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM
    This will be for setting up our walk! You can do this shift in addition to tear down and standard walk volunteering.

Mission Statement

Each year we put on a walk to honor those who we’ve lost, those that are fighting, and to bring awareness to suicide and suicide prevention. These events would not be possible without the help of our volunteers!

Description

We are apart of the Michigan Chapter of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention which is the leading suicide prevention organization in the national. We strive to bring programming to individuals across the country as well as advocate for change within legislature.
