The Urban League of Greater Madison is seeking dedicated Clean-Up Volunteers to help close out our 11th Annual Unity Picnic on Saturday, July 26, 2025.

This family-friendly event brings together thousands of community members for a day of celebration-and we need your help to make sure we leave the space just as beautiful as we found it.

Volunteer Tasks Include:

  • Breaking down tables, chairs, and tents

  • Packing up supplies and materials

  • Assisting vendors and activity stations with tear-down

  • Collecting trash and ensuring the grounds are clean

Saturday, July 26, 2025

  • 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
