Join the Urban League of Greater Madison for one of the city’s most vibrant summer traditions - the 11th Annual Unity Picnic, happening Saturday, July 26, 2025, at our Central Office on South Park Street.
We’re looking for Main Event Volunteers to help us make this day an incredible success. From food service to hospitality to keeping things clean and running smoothly, your help ensures that everyone who attends has an unforgettable experience.
Volunteer Roles Include:
Serving food and beverages
Supporting fun activities (games, face painting, etc.)
Helping guests with directions and questions
General event support
Cleanup and reset
Shifts Available:

11:30 AM - 2:30 PM
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
(You can sign up for one or both shifts.)
