The following is a volunteer opportunity that may be performed virtually.

Global AEBD-EmpreSomos is a 501C3 non-profit social endeavor. It aims to improve enterprising skills, knowledge, and know-how in the Central American region, notably Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua.

EmpreSomos is currently looking for an experienced LinkedIn Content Administrator to help craft and write coherent, organized, and compelling content on EmpreSomos’s LinkedIn page https://www.linkedin.com/company/35703761/admin/ for an audience composed mainly of professionals and people concerned with Central America’s economic and social development.

The Content Administrator is expected to devote a minimum of ten hours/week to relevant tasks for a four months period.

Main Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and strong detail orientation.

The Linkedin Content administrator will:

Craft a content strategy aligned with EmpreSomos objectives.

Research appropriate current content sources and generate posts that draw and engage the audience’s attention.

Create, manage, and improve EmpreSomos’s LinkedIn page content, with relevant entrepreneurship news and research contained in professional publications and magazine articles, along with information about events, inspirational stories, and EmpreSomos updates.

Raise EmpreSomos brand awareness on LinkedIn.

Foster engagement and positive experience among followers of EmpreSomos’s Linkedin page.

Requirements

Proven experience as a content creator.

Hands-on experience with the LinkedIn platform.

Basic technical knowledge of web publishing.

Excellent writing skills in English (bilingual English-Spanish a great plus).

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail.

Online Mentorships: Free access to international mentors in partnership with MicroMentor, providing personalized online guidance for every step of the entrepreneurial journey.
E-Learning & Training: Facilitated access to leading MOOC platforms to enhance technical and interpersonal skills vital for today's business success.
Digital Knowledge Repository: Excellent for sharing research, best practices in entrepreneurship and innovation, and celebrating the region's most innovative entrepreneurs and leaders.
Geolocation and Events: An interactive map of regional support services and resources, along with the promotion of entrepreneurship learning and networking events, designed to inspire and connect our community.
