KDGO-CHURCH is a new and establishing church within the Dallas region and looking for disciples to help establish and plant this ministry from ground up. We are looking people who love serving people and the community. This the start up core team will have to be avaiable vitually as well physically. We are looking for indiviuals that are freedly and love people. You have to be a believer in GOD, JESUS & HOLY SPIRIT all three.

What is a church planters? Church planters are those who help with the process that results in a new local Christian church establishment.

Greeter

• Welcome guests, members and visitors to service
• Provide a warm, pleasant experience for guests entering
• Point first time visitors to hospitality host/welcome center as appropriate
• Hand out bulletins, event materials, special notices

Hospitality host / Welcome center

• Wear a name tag with your first and last name
• Welcome first-time guests by offering a visitor welcome package
• Direct visitors to appropriate location for worship service and/or children’s ministry
• Assist members with event registrations
• Stay up to date on membership information, message series, and upcoming events
• Answer visitor’s questions about services and activities

Children’s ministry assistant

• Welcome parents and children into children’s ministry
• Provides a pleasant experience for parents and their children
• Responsible for setting up and organizing children’s ministry classroom
• Clean and sanitize toys and equipment
• Keep supplies stocked and organized
• Assist with weekly children’s ministry lessons and related crafts

Children’s ministry teacher

• Welcome parents and children into children’s ministry
• Responsible for setting up and organizing children’s ministry classroom
• Provide comprehensible lessons and related crafts for children
• Keep inventory log and notify department head of needed supplies
• Share lesson plan with children ministry assistants
• Conduct special training for children's workers
• Periodically review church policies and programs
• Informs pastor and other appropriate person of issues with children or parents (as outlined in Your Church’s Name’s appropriate policies)

Production team

• Set up stage for musicians
• Install equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards for events and functions such as church service, meetings, etc
• Set up and operate sound equipment
• Perform proper line check
• Perform proper sound check; includes gain settings, monitor mixes, proper volume settings, and eq/mixing process
• Monitor sound feels to ensure quality
• Test and resolve equipment issues
• Diagnose and correct media system problems
• Check with worship leader and pastor for schedule and any schedule changes

Set up and Tear down

• Report to department head for assignment
• Assist with retrieving chairs for seating from storage facility
• Help team members with arranging chairs for seating
• When appropriate, assist sound technician with setting up cables for microphones and musician’s gear

Tear down crew:

• Report to department head for assignment
• Assist team members with stacking and organizing chairs
• Help with storing chairs and other equipment in correct facility
• When appropriate, assist sound technician with gathering and storing cables for microphones and other musician equipment

Usher

• Welcome members and visitors as they enter the sanctuary
• Hand out bulletins, event materials, and other items as directed by the pastor or pastor’s assistant
• Assist people with special needs (i.e., wheelchair, stroller, etc.)
• Pass offering plates/buckets and count offering money.
• Open doors sanctuary doors for guests
• Be able to answer visitor’s questions
• Assist with distributing communion elements
