West Place Animal Sanctuary is a forever home for abused, neglected, and abandoned farm animals. We also rehabilitate wildlife and are a temporary holding facility for lost dogs in Tiverton and Little Compton.

West Place does a lot to help the community, but we can't do it all ourselves! We need help from dedicated volunteers who believe in our mission.

We need help organizing our sheds, loft, and gift shop on a regular basis. These areas can get cluttered or disorganized rather quickly and we need help maintaining a neat and organized supply area. Not only does this help other volunteers find things quicker, but it makes things easily accessible if supplies were ever needed for an emergency.

If you enjoy helping animals and keeping items organized, this position is perfect for you!

Through our humane education programs, West Place educates the public, offers hands-on educational experiences through our immersive student internships, and cultivates a more compassionate community.
