Do you love people and cats? Do you find it rewarding to offer excellent customer service? Does it make you happy to see families go home with new furry friends? If so, we just might have the PURR-fect volunteer role for you!

SAFe Rescue is seeking volunteers to fill the role of "Greeter" on adoption days. Greeters welcome visitors to the Adoption Center and manage the online adoption waitlist. As the Rescue re-opens for in person adoption, greeters are key to helping cats and the humans who love them!

If you are interested in becoming a SAFe Greeter Volunteer, please email volunteer@seattleareafelinerescue.org to let our Volunteer Manager know that you are interested in the greeter position. Shifts are available Thursdays through Sundays from 1pm-7pm in two hour shifts.

Description

Seattle Area Feline Rescue, located on the border of Seattle and Shoreline, at 14717 Aurora Ave. N, saves homeless cats and kittens and finds them loving homes. We are a non-profit, no-kill rescue connecting people in our community to their new furry family members. Visit our welcoming Adoption Center, featuring specially-designed and ventilated enclosures to keep the kitties happy and healthy. (You won’t even know there are any litter boxes in the building!) Here, you can fall in love in one of our adoption rooms and take home your new best friend.

Seattle Area Feline Rescue relies on the support and dedication of volunteers in order to save the lives of cats and kittens. We simply couldn’t do the work we do without the support of every cat rescue volunteer!
