There are many ways one can help a hospice patient and their loved ones. If you are not quite comfortable being one-on-one in those situations but are comfortable talking on the phone, then this may be up your alley. This program is designed to check on the patient's caregiver, whether it's the spouse, sibling, or whoever, and make sure they are alright heading into the weekend. The calls will be made on Thursdays, from our main office, so that if there are any needs, the report can get to the appropriate case manager and handled on Friday.
