Position
Working for Parents is looking for an Operations & Program Manager to run one vital program "Resources For Parents''. The Operations & Program Manager will:
- Create, customize and update training curriculum
- Lead programming to assist participants in job/work readiness
- Resolving any specific problems and tailoring training programs as necessary
- Identifying future training needs and creating a curriculum to facilitate that training
- Assist with the collection of data and generating reports and questionnaires
- "Very" occasional business operations support
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with running programs, training, and facilitation and has worked in the workforce and employment development field with adult populations. Familiarity with using Gmail, social media, and spreadsheets required
This is solely a volunteer opportunity. As the organization grows there will be an opportunity for the Operations & Program Manager to receive compensation.
