ORGANIZATION: L.A. Works



WHAT: Use your Minecraft building skills to build Martin Luther King's historic March on Washington and educate our community on racial justice!

ABOUT THE MINECRAFT MLK EXHIBIT: This exhibit was created to educate the community on the ongoing fight for racial equity. Our amazing volunteers helped us create this vast world as part of our MLK Day of Service, and now we need your help to make it as fleshed-out and awesome as possible!

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES:You will use your skills to continue building the Martin Luthe King Jr March on Washington experience. Based on your skills and interest, you might:

create skins for NPCs

research and create historically accurate and informative dialogue for NPCs

detail unfinished structures

add environmental details

We'll work with your skill level to figure out the best task for you!

REQUIREMENTS:

A computer

Stable internet connection

Spirited, tech-savvy individuals with experience in the Minecraft Java universe

Access to Discord
