BAY AREA FUNERAL CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION

This committee mainly works in the fall 2021 and January 2022. Committee members pick chair and divide up the chores of phoning, typing, emailing, etc. Review our file of funeral home evaluations to determine which we want to continue. Review the 2 -year Mortuary Agreement and see if anything needs to be changed in light of current conditions. It will expire Feb. 28, 2022. One committee member to retype the Agreement if necessary. It will be sent to the Cooperating Mortuaries to fill in and return to us by a deadline in early February.

The committee may suggest other mortuaries that we wish to have on our list. New mortuaries will require a visit from two committee members to determine suitability to become a Cooperating Mortuary.

The Mortuary Chair will be the official signer of any Agreement acceptances.
Someone on the committee will reconstruct and type the new Price List of Cooperating Mortuaries tthat will be mailed out to all members with the spring newsletter.
