We are a local Home Health and Hospice Company who is actively seeking an administrative volunteer who can assist 1 to 2 hours a week with bereavement cards for families who have recently lost a loved one.
We are open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and located in Ontario.

Description
The Bridge Hospice team is trained to manage all symptoms especially related to end-stage illnessess, including pain, wound, and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's nutritional safety and concerns. With an interdisicplinary approach, Bridge Hospice's team cares for the patient as if they were part of our family with total respect for all physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
