House of Hope is currently looking for a **Male House Leader. The leader would be responsible for interacting with the clients in the home daily. It is a sober living home; so the clients would be required to not drink or do drugs. The house leader would collect rent on a weekly basis and remind the clients if their rent is late. The house leader would also be required to assigns chores weekly with a Chore Rotation chart and check for completion. The house leader would also need to work with the clients one-on-one to achieve their goals that they have predetermined. Each week a small step will be assigned for the client to accomplish and, one step at a time, they will get closer to achieving some life skills and goals. Training will be set up to train the house leader to fulfill all the needs. House of Hope has a group of board members that are ready to step in if needed.
The House Leader position come with free room and board within the Client's house.
(**We are in the process of opening a women's house in a few months, and will need a female to be the House Leader)

Description
House of Hope is a transitional living home that currently house all men. We support a safe environment so they can accomplish goals with the help of a mentor and community support. The rent is inexpensive and allows them to save and move into their own housing in 2 years.

- This position allows the House leader to maintain a full-time job, but be available in the evenings and weekends to monitor the clients and set up Goals meetings.
- We are looking for someone that has a driver's license, a GED, a vehicle, and Christian. They will be required to follow our statement of faith.
