Food Donation Pick-Up for JW House to Support Families in Medical Crises

JW House is a home away from home for families with loved ones receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. We provide warm and comfortable overnight accommodations and day-use facilities (showers, laundry, backyard, etc.) for families. We are located on the campus of Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara.

Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided to families from nearby hospitals. With a small staff, House operations are primarily run by volunteers. We are currently seeking volunteers to help with regularly picking up food donations from nearby restaurants in the Santa Clara and Sunnyvale area and transporting the meals to JW House (3850 E Homestead Road, Santa Clara).

• Pizza Hut (464 N Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale) every Tuesday around 4pm
• Iguana's Burritos (4300 Great America Pkwy Quantity Food Lab, Santa Clara) every 4th Tuesday around 4pm
• Tony & Alba’s (3137 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose) every 1 st and 3 rd Wednesday around 4pm
• Dish N Dash, (20750 Stevens Creek Blvd, Cupertino) every 4 th Wednesday around 5:30pm
• Starbucks (43941 Hugo Terrace, Fremont) every 1 st and 3 rd Monday any time after 8am
