POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Website Design Manager is responsible for designing, organizing, and maintaining all of Mission1 Race websites.

• All work is virtual
• Works closely with the President & Vice President to keep them informed
• Collaborate with and support other team members and administrative volunteers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

MUST HAVE :-)

• Fluency in English
• Bring your computer proficiency, interpersonal and communications skills, and ability to multi-task to our team as an Executive Assistant.
• This position requires 6 - 12 hours a week of donated hours.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

MUST DO :-)

• Designs Mission1Race Websites (main site, other web platforms & donation sites)
• Serves staff by designing site pages for paths and events
• Regularly checks hyperlinks to assure they are working properly
• Distributes responses and emails to the appropriate staff member
• We are looking for experienced volunteers for this long-term but flexible position.
• Experience: 2-5 Years but Open to all with appropriate skills.

WHAT TO EXPECT :-)

• Bi Weekly Meetings
• Monthly 1 on 1 Meetings
• Project completion connection calls as needed

NICE TO HAVE :-)

• Wix.com Experience
• Experience Creating Membership Access Webpages
• Experience with Peer to Peer, CRM & Donation Websites (GiveSignUp, Salesfore.com, Etc.)
• Good organization skills, event experience.
• Strong verbal & written communication.
