Lancaster Science Factory exhibit floor volunteers help us delivery an exceptional experience for our visitors. They help maintain exhibits, demonstrate science experiments, develop relationships with visitors, and help with special events. This is an exciting place to meet people and teach the community about the joys of science, technology, engineering, and math! No experience or expertise is required.

We offer flexible scheduling and training in a fun and supportive environment! This is the perfect place to get your service hours for the National Honor Society or graduation or for your company to complete a day of service!

We also welcome any STEM clubs to come out to the Science Factory to showcase projects and activities with our younger visitors. Do not underestimate your potential in helping us inspire the next generation of STEM students!

The Lancaster Science Factory welcomes thousands of visitors every year including school groups, day camps, tourists, and our local community. Volunteers and engagement are more important than ever!

This opportunity is open to anyone 16 or older. Volunteers over the age of 18 will be required to complete clearances prior to onboarding. Anyone interested in volunteering must complete an online Volunteer Application which can be found at www.LancasterScienceFactory.org/volunteer. Upon completion, a staff member will be in touch to schedule an orientation.
