If you are organized and have great people skills, we are looking for you! We are a growing organization and need help with recruiting skilled volunteers, and therefore this role is critical to our organization and its mission. You will be working closely with the Volunteer Coordinator and will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and interviewing volunteer candidates via phone and virtual. This role is pivotal in helping provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for our volunteers.

Responsibilities:
* Accurately schedule interviews with volunteers.
* Communicate via email or phone with candidates for availability, confirmations & feedback, and answer questions.
* Ensure accurate record-keeping of all recruiting activities in Google docs and sheets.
* Ensure all required positions are updated and posted on all recruiting platforms like Taproot Plus, VolunteerMatch.
* Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
