ORGANIZATION: WORCESTER COUNTY MECHANICS ASSOCIATION

As a Hall Concierge, you will help transform our building into a welcoming environment. This front-line position has a significant role in representing Mechanics Hall to the general public and shaping the public's perception of the quality of events and services at the Hall. As such, Concierge must provide outstanding customer service to event patrons. You will greet patrons, answer questions about the building and current programs, assist patrons in locating parking or local restaurants, facilitate becoming a member, provide basic directions and simple instructions for patrons looking for help, and put a personal touch to the patron’s event experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Concierge arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of the event and remain on duty until patrons have left the building. (approximately 15 minutes following the performance)
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to meet physical demands of the position including walking, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs repeatedly and lifting heavy items (35 lbs) waist high.
