Arvada area Hospice Volunteers Needed

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: HealthONE Hospice Denver

  • 7 people are interested

Want to volunteer in the Arvada area? Help others as they near the end of their lives by spending time with a hospice patient. Create a special space for them-- read to them, review their life history with them, tell bad dad jokes: Where do you go to learn to make desserts? Sundae school. Write a letter to a loved one for them, help them label old photographs, or just provide a comforting presence by being there.

Must complete a background check, drug screen, TB test, and orientation at your own pace.
