Seeking Big Brother for Adam, a 6 year old living in Newton. Adam has ADHD, high functioning ASD, and anxiety. He lives in a busy two-parent household and has a younger brother with extreme global disabilities. 1:1 attention from a match would be beneficial where his needs are primary. Adam is active, silly, and sweet. He enjoys being active outside, like bike riding and going to the park. He likes playing video games, drawing, Legos, climbing, gymnastics, and imaginary play. He would love to go to a museum with his Big Brother to learn about space and dinosaurs. Adam wants a Big Brother who likes playing soccer, doing gymnastics, going to the playground, and someone who will take him out for ice cream and burgers. The right match will be flexible, energetic, positive, and comfortable supporting a young child.

The right volunteer will be a young man from any religion, ethnicity or background, between the ages of 21-35, who likes sports and would enjoy hanging out and doing activities with a "great kid." Matches meet twice a month for a couple of hours, mostly on the weekends, and make a year commitment. Match support is provided by Clinical Match Specialists.
