A Job Search Warrior supports our Employment Services Team by championing the job search needs of our clients - most of whom do not possess basic computer skills nor have access to a computer.
- Review the Job Search Request provided by the Employment Services Team to gain an understanding of the specific job search parameters for each client
- Conduct a search of various job board websites to identify and procure a list of a minimum of five potential employment opportunities for each client
- Submit the list of opportunities to the Employment Services Team for review and job search refinement, if needed
- Recommend other job search sources or opportunities you may know about or come across while searching the internet
Qualifications and Skills
- Access to a Personal Computer or Laptop
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience with Job Search Websites
- Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
- Enthusiasm for Goodwill’s Mission and Activities
