USA Dance is now looking for a volunteer to fill the position of Treasurer for the remainder of his term, which ends December 31, 2022. This individual will be a voting member of the USA Dance Executive Committee and Board of Directors as well as Chair the Audit, Budget, and Finance Committee.

One of my responsibilities is to ensure that positions such as Treasurer are appropriately staffed. For this reason, I reach out to you as a member of USA Dance who had previously expressed interest in serving as a volunteer for the position of Treasurer.

The position of Treasurer is a volunteer position with the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining corporate financial documents
• Attending and managing the financial responsibilities of USA Dance, Inc.
• Responsible for the processes and dissemination of financial information in the Executive Committee and Board of Director meetings in accordance with requirements of the Bylaws and Policies of USA Dance
• Keeping all financial records up to date, overseeing the payment of all invoices, etc.

The Treasurer also provides information and support to the various committees, teams and projects as required by the President or Senior Vice President to integrate the financial information within the organization.
