Project Sunshine is in need of Chapter Leaders and Chapter Volunteers for Springfield, Illinois who are fully vaccinated and able to work both virtually and potentially in-person/in-hospital. As Chapter Leaders there will be addition trainings to the onboarding process that can be viewed here: https://projectsunshine.org/volunteers/community/
Currently, this position is only accepting inquiries from those in the Springfield Metro Area.
You also MUST be 18 years or older to volunteer with us in-person or with TelePlay.

Project Sunshine addresses the psychosocial and developmental needs of pediatric patients and their families. Over 18,000 trained volunteers deliver programs that provide opportunities for creative expression, socialization, intellectual stimulation, and sensory integration -ensuring childhood remains a place of wonder. Project Sunshine partners with over 325 medical facilities across the U.S. and in four international locations, serving more than 150,000 pediatric patients and families.
