Do you have a car and want to help impact homebound adults?

N2N works to collaborate with local food pantry sites in an effort to support homebound food insecure community members. Through these partnerships we are able to equip and empower volunteers to pick up the essential needs and deliver them to the community members. We work directly with the pantry sites and N2N volunteers to establish the appropriate logistics ensuring a smooth, enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Mission Statement

Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina, Inc. (N2N), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, promotes independence, relieves isolation, and connects homebound adults to their community through transportation and technology. 2016 Recipient of the state-wide SCANPO Excellence Award (now Together SC). Neighbor to Neighbor dedicated to helping solve adult isolation through passionate and committed volunteers.

Description

Neighbor to Neighbor inspires in us the desire to help our fellow Neighbor who is homebound due to age, disability, and/or chronic illness in Brunswick, Horry, Georgetown, and Williamsburg Counties. Neighbor to Neighbor is also committed to serving the veterans in our community.

In the spirit of unselfish love, N2N uses innovative technology and best practices in connecting adults in need with qualified and trained volunteers who provide services, such as transportation to medical appointments and other life enhancing destinations, to promote and maintain independent living.
