Be the manager of a small but profitable bookstore that benefits the Sun City Library. Coordinate volunteers and their tasks. Oversee the processing of donated books towards sale. Work with the Library Manager. To coordinate special sales to move merchandise. Report monthly to the Board of the Friends of the Sun City Library. Work with the Treasurer to analyze sales.

The purpose of the organization is to focus public attention on library services, facilities, and needs; to stimulate gifts and bequests of books and money; and to provide financial assistance and to support volunteer in-library services needed to meet the library's daily operational requirements and material purchase.
Description
The Friends of the Sun City Library is an auxilliary support group for the Sun City Library, Menifee, California. Our volunteers operate a bookstore and hold fundraisers, the profits from which support the library's programs and purchases of collection, media, and software.
