Our 3rd Annual Columbus VisionWalk is a family-friendly event where teams raise funds for retinal disease research. We need volunteers for all or part of the VisionWalk. Set up will begin at 7 am and the event will end at about 12:15 pm. Responsibilities include putting up tents, setting up tables and chairs, working at the registration tent checking in attendees, serving refreshments, helping with the kid's area, and cleaning up at the end of the event. Any amount of time you can give would be a huge help!

The urgent mission of The Foundation Fighting Blindness, Inc. (FFB) is to drive the research that will provide preventions, treatments and cures for people affected by retinitis pigmentosa (RP), macular degeneration, Usher Syndrome, and the entire spectrum of retinal degenerative diseases.
Description
Each year, our VisionWalks raise awareness and funds for blinding eye diseases. We are asking for your support to raise lots of great research dollars for retinal degenerative diseases and help our Walk Day run well. Throughout the Midwest, the Foundation Fighting Blindness hosts VisionWalks in every state - walkathon-style fundraisers to support the mission of the Foundation Fighting Blindness. The events feature entertainment and family friendly activities.
