BRAZORIA COUNTY. Deliver meals to the homebound. For some this is the only healthy meal they receive in a week. Flexible schedule.
If you are a member of RSVP 55 and older,( Retired Senior Volunteer Program ) you will get a mileage reimbursement to help with gas expenses.

RSVP's mission is to provide opportunities for individuals ages 55 and above, to engage in service that addresses the nation's educational, public safety, environmental, and other human needs to achieve direct and demonstrable results and to encourage all seniors to engage in such service. In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.

RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
