BJHSG/LCPI has identified the need to understand more about unemployment nationally and globally, including historical and current factors, differences by age, demographics, gender, etc. and tracking what thought leaders and institutes are publishing on this issue. The research assistant will assist BJHSG/LPCI with an ongoing literature review to collect and categorize research and survey data about employment and unemployment trends. The research assistant will contribute to an annotated bibliography, and co-author manuscripts, presentations, opinion pieces, op-eds, etc. Experience with literature searches and data collection is helpful. Strong interest in research. Excellent writing skills. Initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Opportunity can be used for research project, internship hours, or school community service hours. Come be a part of the movement to get people back to work!

LifeCareerPivoteers Inc is the new nonprofit umbrella for the Baltimore Job Hunters Support Group (BJHSG), the Maryland Healthy Workplace Task Force (MD-HWTF; our anti-workplace bullying coalition) and TEAMWORKS (our 12-week virtual outplacement program).
