We are looking for an Individual living in the HEB area. You would assist office staff with a wide range of light office duties. Duties may include data entry, market research, filing, typing, organizing or answering the phone and taking detail messages. REQUIRED: Criminal background check and valid Texas Driver’s license for individuals over 19.
We are flexible as we know most everyone works. However, in a perfect world, we would like assistance in 2-4-hour blocks of time any day (Monday - Fri) with a 2-to-4-week commitment.
Below are my most critical times of need: Any day Mon-Fri 8 am-12 pm 11am-3 pm 2 pm-6 pm
Since we are a non-profit, we do have occasional fundraisers, events and field trips that we can use help outside our normal hours. We may ask for your assistance for planning and manning these special events, if you are available, we would welcome your help.
Please consider these times. However, if these don't work for you, we can discuss what suits your schedule and your desired level of commitment.
