NFP Legal Advice
Our nonprofit is starting to work with the community (other nonprofits, service providers, volunteers, donors, youth and their families, etc.) and I want to ensure that everything is legally sound and that our organization and those involved with us are protected.
As a new NFP, I have several forms I have already composed but would like to have a legal professional's eye to review.
- Volunteer Agreement
- Student Services Agreement
- Board Resolutions
- (Large) Donation Agreement
- Partnership Agreement
... and the like.
I have already created very thorough first drafts of these agreements. I am hoping to have an attorney experienced with NFPs to review them and make recommendations for improvements.
