As our nonprofit grows beyond its pilot program to assist more students, we want to ensure that everything is legally sound and that our organization and those involved with us are protected.
Specifically, we currently need assistance with:
- Setting up in-person sessions (but covering added liabilities in our contracts, etc.)
- Partnership agreements with other nonprofits, etc.
I am hoping to have an attorney experienced with nonprofits review and make recommendations.
