Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules, directs, and evaluates volunteers as needed with Volunteer Coordinator.

· Provides on-going training to site based personnel on engaging children during meal time and SFP /CACFP compliance

· Visits food program sites often, ensures compliance with program requirements, determines need and follows through on any identified corrective action.

· Responsible for identifying and engaging site locations, coordinating activities and resolving all issues related to new site development and for working closely with key volunteers to develop and execute marketing and outreach for all program sites

· Works with the chapters to develop programs and initiatives to broaden the reach of the food service program including opportunities for volunteer engagement, community partnerships, and program development
