Barn chores volunteers take care of all the little things that are easily overlooked - keeping the facility clean and in good working order. Jobs may include but are not limited to cleaning feed and water buckets, cleaning stalls and picking runs and pasture, general barn organization and cleaning, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Founded in 2009, Promise Ranch is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) for children and adults with disabilities and/or other therapeutic or rehabilitative needs. In addition to Adaptive Riding, Horse-Mounted Therapies and Horsemanship for Veterans -we are providing Outpatient Occupational, Speech and Mental Health Therapies, Unmounted Ground Work and Equine-Assisted Therapies.
We are a Center Member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Int’l. (PATH Int’l.) and a Facility Member of the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA). We are located in Castle Rock, CO.
We also have a weekly horsemanship class and support group for Veterans.
