Come share your talents and enrich the lives of young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for volunteers to teach an athletic class series (4 - 6 classes) for young adults at Grace Farms in New Canaan.
We are looking for someone to lead a class of 8-10 STAR day program participants twice a week for one-hour classes in pickleball, basketball and/ or kickball. We will use the indoor basketball court at Grace Farms and use their equipment. The class days and times would be Thursdays at 1:30 PM and Fridays at 10:30 AM. We like to book four-week class sessions at a time.
This is an unpaid volunteer initiative.
