Directs/escorts Veterans, family members, and visitors to the appropriate office or service within the facility
* Provides information about the organization, its functions, activities, and personnel
* Picking up inter-office mail
* Assist Veterans in using the check-in kiosks for appointments, demographic updates, and insurance scanning
* Serves as a customer service representative of the organization
* Provides follow-up to Veterans and visitors leaving the facility by inquiring if their questions and needs have been addressed during their appointment or other business at the facility
* Route patient complaints/concerns to the appropriate
Service Level Advocates providing service level recovery
