We are seeking volunteers to ensure continued success!
Our mission is to empower individual and community transformation through health and wellness. One of the ways we have done this is by establishing a community garden and urban farm in the low income El Pueblo Housing Development located in Pittsburg, CA. Our garden and farm allows us to provide the community organic produce at zero cost.
You will help in all farming activities: weeding, planting, watering, bed preparation, mulching, composting, harvesting and more.
Volunteer days are Friday thru Tuesday, 9:00am to 2:00pm.
Although we can use your help all day, we understand if you cannot stay for the whole day.
What you'll need to bring and wear: water, comfortable shoes/boots, hat, sunscreen, snacks, and gloves if you have them.
