R.I.S.E. is an after-school program in the Four Corners area of Clermont, serving Lake, Polk, Osceola, and Orange counties, and we are seeking enthusiastic volunteers who love working with and mentoring children!
* Do you want to support youth in your community through academics and recreational activities?
* Are you passionate about mentoring students to help them reach their full potential?
* Do you have a special talent you'd love to share with the youth in your community?
* Would you like to share your career or life experiences to inspire youth and expose them to various career opportunities?
* Do you enjoy creating activities and events for young people to participate in?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we’d love for you to dedicate an hour or two of your time to help with our after-school and summer programs. Our youth, ages 7-17, attend the program from 3 PM - 5 PM, where they receive homework assistance, enjoy a snack, engage in sports or games, participate in arts and crafts, learn about mentorship and leadership skills, explore youth volunteerism, and much more!
