We're looking for a someone to volunteer remotely to help with school children, typically on digital topics or one of your choice. This is entirely safe as you never have to travel or come in touch with others especially during COVID times.
You will
- Deliver exciting and curated course content of your skill (tech, coding, robotics, art, languages etc http://1hourlife.org/lesson-plans).
- Engage school children with a talk about a specific topic of your choice
- Engage and create something thats age appropriate from primary to secondary level school going children
- Develop and create exciting and creative topical course content for school children

A lot can happen in an hour. Lives can be forever changed - for better or for worse - in just sixty short minutes. 1Hour tips the scales for the better by providing children with extra educational opportunities.
Right now there is a severe shortage of resources for helping children learn in areas that are booming in the global economy. In just one hour, volunteers help kids to develop skills in marketable subjects like coding, finance and robotics, among others. Students can build on these skills throughout their education, ultimately increasing their career choices.

REQUIREMENTS
- All we ask in 1HOUR of your time to inspire the school children. You can always do more if you enjoy it. All our volunteers come back for more.
- You just need access to a computer with use of remote video conferencing tools enabled (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). All other support and help will be provided. Its very easy!
