Do you enjoy helping people? Blood donations are always in demand to keep the supply at acceptable levels. Red Cross is seriously in need of Donor Ambassadors to help provide excellent and professional customer service in a medical setting. This will enhance the donor experience. The Donor Ambassador manages the reception process. This person ensures each donor is warmly greeted and assisted with initial intake according to the appointment priority system. He/She offers refreshments to donors and thanks them for their contribution.
Minimum Requirement
1. One 4-6 hour shift per month, 2. Professional, clear and diplomatic communication skills, 3. Ability to demonstrate customer service values 4. Comfortable approaching people the Donor Ambassador does not know. Shifts are Mon 12-4, Tues 12-4, Fri 7-11 & 11-3pm, Sat. 7-11 & 11-3.
